  • What kind of companies do you generally work with?

    We typically work with strategy, customer experience, and innovation leaders at medium to large corporations. We have extensive innovation experience in healthcare and financial services.

  • What is the lead time to work with you?

    We are generally booked a ‍month or two in advance. We are currently booking projects for 2024.

  • Can you focus on our internal employee experience?

    Our primary focus is on the front-end customer experience. If you’d like to add an internal vision to the project, we can do this for an additional fee.

  • How long is the typical project?

    Our core project is 6 weeks but can extend depending on scope. After we complete the go-to-market project, we can also run a MVP proof of concept to test key assumptions.
